62.  The functions of local authorities under the Local Land Charges Act 1975(1), as they relate to higher-risk buildings, are prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of “relevant function” in paragraph 2(5) of Schedule 3 to the Building Safety Act 2022.
