Application to replace special administrator

32.  Paragraph 91 has effect as if—

(a) for sub-paragraph (1) there were substituted—

“(1) The court may replace the special administrator on an application made—

(a) by the relevant authority,

(b) by the Water Services Regulation Authority, or

(c) where more than one person was appointed to act jointly or concurrently as the special administrator, by any of those persons who remain in office.”; and

(b) sub-paragraph (2) were omitted.
