2.—(1) The amendments made by the provisions specified in paragraph (2) do not apply in respect of an individual who—
(a)had reached the age of 16 on or before 5th April 2024, and
(b)has not subsequently reached the age of 18.
(2) The specified provisions are—
(a)regulation 5;
(b)regulation 6;
(c)regulation 7(a) and (b);
(d)regulation 8;
(e)regulation 9;
(f)regulation 11;
(g)regulation 12;
(h)regulation 13;
(i)regulation 17;
(j)regulation 19(b)(ii) and (iii) and (c);
(k)regulation 23(a) to (c).
