13.  Sections 111, 113, 114 and 114A of the Local Government Finance Act 1988 (financial administration)(1).

1988 c. 41. Section 111 was amended by paragraph 186 of Schedule 16 to the PRSR Act. Section 114(4)(b) was substituted by paragraph 118 of Schedule 16 to the PRSR Act. Section 114A was inserted by S.I. 2001/2237. There are other amendments not relevant to this instrument.
