1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Civil and Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment) Order 2024.
(2) This Order comes into force on 13th May 2024 or immediately after the coming into force of section 44 of the Illegal Migration Act 2023(1), whichever is the later.
