Amendment of regulation 65 (content of notices)

7.  In regulation 65—

(a) in paragraph (4), for “15(4)(a)” substitute “15(3D), (4)(a)”;

(b) omit paragraph (5);

(c) in paragraph (6)—

(i) omit “of Schedule 4”;

(ii) after “or a countervailing amount)”, insert “and paragraph 20A(4) (Secretary of State’s decision to apply an alternative remedy) of Schedule 4 to the Act”;

(d) in paragraph (9), omit “(5),”.
