Digital Economy Act 2017 (c. 30)

13.  In the following provisions of the Digital Economy Act 2017, for “Levelling Up, Housing and Communities” substitute “Housing, Communities and Local Government”—

(a) paragraph 8 of Schedule 4(1);

(b) paragraph 3 of Schedule 5(2);

(c) paragraph 2 of Schedule 6(3);

(d) paragraph 9 of Schedule 8(4).
