Amendment of the Tir Mynydd (Cross Border Holdings)(Wales) Regulations 2001

19.  The Tir Mynydd (Cross Border Holdings)(Wales) Regulations 2001(1) shall be amended in accordance with regulations 20 and 21 of these Regulations.
