10.—(1) Diwygir rheoliad 8 o'r prif Reoliadau (ad-dalu) yn unol â'r darpariaethau canlynol o'r rheoliad hwn.
(2) Ym mharagraff (4)(a)(i)—
(a)ar ôl y geiriau “by an NHS trust” rhoddir “or a local health board”,
(b)ar ôl “5(1)” mewnosodir “or in regulation 6(1)”,
(c)yn lle “National Health Service (Charges for Drugs and Appliances) 1989” rhoddir “National Health Service (Charges for Drugs and Appliances) (Wales) Regulations 2001(1)”.
(3) Yn lle paragraff (4)(a)(ii) rhoddir y paragraff canlynol—
“(ii)in respect of relevant travelling expenses incurred by a person in attending a hospital or any other place managed by an NHS trust or a local health board,”.
(4) Ar ddiwedd paragraff (4)(a) ar ôl y geiriau “by the NHS trust” mewnosodir “or the local health board”.
(5) Ar ôl paragraff (4)(a) mewnosodir yr is-baragraff canlynol—
“(aa)in a case falling within regulation 3(3)(d) authorise in writing the repayment of the amount in question to the claimant by the health service body which made the arrangements referred to in that provision; or”.
(6) Ym mharagraff (5) ar ôl y geiriau “by the NHS trust” mewnosodir “or the local health board”.
