Amendment of the Food Labelling Regulations 1996

9.  In regulation 18 (foods which need not bear a list of ingredients) —

(a) in paragraph (1) insert at the beginning the words “Subject to regulation 34B”;

(b) in paragraph (3) for the words “regulations 12 to 17” substite the words “regulations 12 to 17 and 34B”.
