10.—(1) HPW shall adopt such standing or other orders relating to the proceedings of HPW as it thinks fit.
(2) The orders may be varied or revoked at any subsequent meeting of the HPW.
(3) HPW may appoint committees and sub-committees which may consist of persons who are not members of HPW.
