Code of Conduct (Non-Qualifying Local Government Employees) (Wales) Regulations 2001E+W
56. In regulation 2 of the Code of Conduct (Non-Qualifying Local Government Employees) (Wales) Regulations 2001() (interpretation)—
(a)for the definition of “fire-fighter”, substitute —
““firefighter” (“diffoddwr tân”) means a firefighter employed by a fire and rescue authority”;
(b)for the definition of “fire authority” substitute—
““fire and rescue authority” (“awdurdod tân ac achub”) means a fire and rescue authority constituted by a scheme under section 2 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 or a scheme to which section 4 of that Act applies.”
