11. Where any notice or other document is required to be given or sent as a consequence of regulation 32 of the 1992 Regulations(1) and has not been given or sent before 1 April 2006, notwithstanding the revocation of the 1992 Regulations, regulation 32 of those Regulations will continue to have effect as in force on 31 March 2006 in respect of such a notice or document.
