The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 24(2) and (3), 25, 26(2) and (3), 27, 28(3), 30, 32(1) – (4), 56 and 74(2) of the Children and Families (Wales) Measure 2010(1), make the following Regulations:
