The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 21(1) of the Waste (Wales) Measure 2010(1), make the following Order:
1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Waste (Wales) Measure 2010 (Commencement) Order 2011.
(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.
(3) In this Order—
“the Measure” (“y Mesur”) means the Waste (Wales) Measure 2010.
2. Section 3 of the Measure comes into force on 4 March 2011.

This Order brings into force, on 4 March 2011, section 3 of the Waste (Wales) Measure 2010 (“the Measure”).
The remaining provisions of the Measure came into force on 15 February 2011 by virtue of section 21(2) of the Measure.
