Amendment
3. After regulation 5 of the 2003 Regulations insert—
“Prescribed circumstances: receipt of universal credit
6. The circumstances that are prescribed for the purposes of section 457(4)(b)(ai) of the 1996 Act(1) are that the pupil’s parent is in receipt of universal credit on or after 15 November 2013.”

In section 457 “pupil” means the person for whom eligibility for remission of charges is being determined.
