SCHEDULE 14E+WMatters to be included in a notification

PART 1E+WGeneral

1.  The matters to be included in any notification issued by an authority in accordance with paragraph 9 of Schedule 13 (notification of decision) are the matters set out in the following provisions of this Schedule.E+W

2.  Every notification must include a statement as to the right of any person affected by the decision to request a written statement under paragraph 9(5) of Schedule 13 (requests for statement of reasons), and the manner and time in which to do so.E+W

3.  Every notification must include a statement as to the right of any person affected by the decision to appeal against the decision in accordance with paragraphs 8 and 10 of Schedule 12 (procedure by which a person may make an appeal against certain decisions of the authority), and the manner and time in which to do so.E+W
