Nuclear Installations Act 1965 (c. 57) E+W

41.—(1) In section 26(1) of the Nuclear Installations Act 1965, the definition of “the appropriate Agency” is amended as follows.

(2) In sub-paragraph (a), omit “or Wales”.

(3) After sub-paragraph (b) insert—

“(c) in the case of a site in Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales.”
