Establishment of Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (Wales) 2015
2.—(1) These Regulations establish a scheme for the payment of pensions and other benefits to or in respect of fire and rescue workers(1) who are firefighters in Wales.
(2) This scheme is to be known as the Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (Wales) 2015.
