PART 1 Amendments to secondary legislation referencing primary legislation repealed by the 2014 Act

Fire Services (Compensation) Regulations 1974

2.  For paragraph 8 of the Schedule to the Fire Services (Compensation) Regulations 1974(1) substitute the following—

“8.   A person employed by a voluntary organisation as defined in section 197 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014.”.
