67. In paragraph 51 (co-operation with investigations) sub-paragraph (2) of Schedule 3 to the National Health Service (Personal Dental Services Agreements) Regulations 2005(1) in the definition of “local authority”—
(a)at the end of paragraph (b) omit “or”;
(b)at the end of paragraph (c) insert “or”;
(c)after paragraph (c) insert the following—
“(d)a council of a county or county borough in Wales;”.
