Title and commencement
1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Official Statistics (Wales) Order 2017.
(2) This Order comes into force on 23 November 2017.
Revocation
2. The Official Statistics (Wales) Order 2013(1) is revoked.
Official statistics
3.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the statistics produced, or to be produced, by the persons listed in the Schedule are official statistics for the purpose of Part 1 of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007.
(2) Official statistics in this Order do not include statistics which have the meaning in section 6(1)(a) of that Act.
