Title, commencement and application
1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Care Planning and Case Review (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Wales) Regulations 2017.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 23 July 2017.
(3) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
