Amendment of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989

2.  The Local Government and Housing Act 1989(1) is amended as follows—

(a) in section 173(1)(b) for “section 81(8)” substitute “section 133(11)”; and

(b) in section 173(7) omit “9 or”.
