Amendment to the Equality Act 2010 (Statutory Duties) (Wales) Regulations 2011

2.  In regulation 18 (public procurement) of the Equality Act 2010 (Statutory Duties) (Wales) Regulations 2011(1), in paragraph (3), for “the Public Sector Directive”, in both places it occurs, substitute “the Public Contracts Regulations 2015(2)”.
