Addition of countries to the list of exempt countries and territories E+W

2.  In Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the International Travel Regulations (exempt countries and territories outside the common travel area), at the appropriate place insert—

“Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba”

“Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands”

“Israel”

“the City of Jerusalem(1)”

“Republic of Namibia”

“Republic of Rwanda”

“Sri Lanka”

“Uruguay”

“Virgin Islands of the United States”.
