42.—(1) A person who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes a requirement in—
(a)[F1paragraph 7(1)] of Schedule 1,
(b)[F2paragraph 7(1)] of Schedule 2,
(c)paragraphs 7(1), 8(1) or [F39(1)] of Schedule 3, or
(d)paragraphs 7(1), 8(1), 9(1) [F4, 10(1) or 11(3)] of Schedule 4,
commits an offence.
