Title, commencement, expiry and application
1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the European Union (Regulated Professions Proportionality Assessment) (Wales) Regulations 2020.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 30 July 2020.
(3) These Regulations cease to have effect on IP completion day(1).
(4) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.

These Regulations will cease to have effect on IP completion day despite section 5A of the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 2020 (c. 1).
