Amendment to regulation 4

12.  In regulation 4—

(a)in paragraph (3A), for “paragraph 8A or 9B” substitute “paragraph 8A, 9B or 9BA”;

(b)in paragraph (9)(a), after “9B,” insert “9BA,”.
