11. Yn adran 212(7) o Deddf Llywodraeth Leol a Chynnwys y Cyhoedd mewn Iechyd 2007(1) (endidau a reolir etc. gan awdurdodau lleol), yn y diffiniad o “local authority”, ym mharagraff (a), ar ôl “commissioner” mewnosoder “but including a corporate joint committee established by regulations under Part 5 of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021”.
12. Mae Deddf Dadreoleiddio a Chontractio Allan 1994(2) wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn—
(a)yn adran 70 (swyddogaethau awdurdodau lleol)(3)—
(i)ar ôl is-adran (1ZB) mewnosoder—
“(1ZC) In its application to a local authority which is a corporate joint committee established by regulations under Part 5 of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021, subsection (1) has effect as if for paragraph (b) there were substituted—
“(b)which by virtue of regulation 13 of the Corporate Joint Committees (General) (No. 2) (Wales) Regulations 2021 may be exercised by an officer of the authority;””;
(ii)ar ôl is-adran (5) mewnosoder—
“(5A) In its application to a local authority which is a corporate joint committee established by regulations under Part 5 of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021, subsection (5) has effect as if the references to arrangements under section 101 of the Local Government Act 1972 were references to arrangements under regulation 13 of the Corporate Joint Committees (General) (No. 2) (Wales) Regulations 2021.”;
(b)yn adran 79B (ystyr awdurdod lleol: Cymru)(4), ar ôl paragraff (d) mewnosoder—
“(da)a corporate joint committee established by regulations under Part 5 of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021;”.
13. Yn rheoliad 6 o Reoliadau Awdurdodau Lleol (Contractau) 1997 (materion i ymdrin â hwy yn y modd a ragnodir)(5), ar ôl paragraff (2) mewnosoder—
“(3) In its application to the Mid Wales Corporate Joint Committee established by the Mid Wales Corporate Joint Committee Regulations 2021(6), paragraph (1) is to be read as if the references to section 111 of the Local Government Act 1972 were references to regulation 14 of those Regulations.
(4) In its application to the North Wales Corporate Joint Committee established by the North Wales Corporate Joint Committee Regulations 2021(7), paragraph (1) is to be read as if the references to section 111 of the Local Government Act 1972 were references to regulation 14 of those Regulations.
(5) In its application to the South East Wales Corporate Joint Committee established by the South East Wales Corporate Joint Committee Regulations 2021(8), paragraph (1) is to be read as if the references to section 111 of the Local Government Act 1972 were references to regulation 14 of those Regulations.
(6) In its application to the South West Wales Corporate Joint Committee established by the South West Wales Corporate Joint Committee Regulations 2021(9), paragraph (1) is to be read as if the references to section 111 of the Local Government Act 1972 were references to regulation 14 of those Regulations.”
