SCHEDULE 2Information to be provided
PART 1Information to be provided in termly updates
1. A brief commentary on the pupil’s well-being.
2. A brief commentary on the key progress and learning of the pupil.
3. A brief summary of the key progression needs of the pupil and the next steps to support that pupil’s progression.
4. Brief advice on how the parents can support their child’s progression.
PART 2Information to be provided in annual updates
5. A brief commentary about the progress in learning across the relevant curriculum.
6. A brief commentary of the results of the assessments carried out under the Education (National Curriculum) (Assessment Arrangements for Reading and Numeracy) (Wales) Order 2013(1).
7. A brief summary of the pupil’s progression needs and the next steps to support that pupil’s progression.
8. Brief advice on how parents can support their child’s progression.
9. A brief commentary about the pupil’s well-being.
10. A brief summary of the qualifications attained.
11. A summary of the pupil’s attendance record during the period to which information relates showing the number of authorised and unauthorised absences (within the meaning of the Education (Pupil Registration) (Wales) Regulations 2010(2)) and the number of possible attendances.
12. Particulars of the arrangements under which the information provided may be discussed with the pupil’s teachers by the pupil’s parent or, in the case of an adult pupil, the pupil.
PART 3Approved relevant qualifications
13. The name of any subject in which the pupil was entered in respect of an approved relevant qualification and the grade (if any) achieved.
14. Details of any approved relevant qualification or any unit or credit towards such qualification obtained by the pupil during the period to which the information relates which is not referred to elsewhere in this Schedule.
15. Brief particulars of the pupil’s achievements in any area of learning, including the Welsh Baccalaureate Qualification Core Certificate, not mentioned elsewhere in this Schedule which forms part of the school curriculum and of the pupil’s skills and abilities and about the pupil’s general progress at school during the period to which the information relates.
PART 4School leavers report
16. The pupil’s name.
17. The pupil’s school.
18. The details of any approved relevant qualification and any unit or credit towards such a qualification awarded to the pupil.
19. Brief particulars of the pupil’s progress and achievements in subjects (other than those in which the pupil has achieved any approved relevant qualification or any unit or credit towards such a qualification).
20. Brief particulars of the pupil’s progress in any activities forming part of the school curriculum, in the school year during or at the end of which the pupil left the school.
