PART 7 AMENDMENTS TO THE 2017 REGULATIONS

Amendments to regulation 4

12.  In regulation 4 of the 2017 Regulations, after paragraph (1)(g) insert—

“(h) £46 per year for an independent school teacher(1);

(i) £46 per year for an independent school learning support worker(2);

(j) £46 per year for an independent special post-16 institution teacher(3);

(k) £46 per year for an independent special post-16 institution learning support worker(4).”
