Title, extent, application and coming into force
1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Food Additives and Novel Foods (Authorisations and Miscellaneous Amendments) and Food Flavourings (Removal of Authorisations) (Wales) Regulations 2024.
(2) These Regulations—
(a)extend to England and Wales;
(b)apply in relation to Wales;
(c)come into force on 28 June 2024.
