86.Mae’r adran hon yn darparu bod y Goron yn rhwym wrth ddarpariaethau’r Ddeddf yn yr un ffordd ag y mae’n rhwym o dan adran 195 o Ddeddf Trwyddedu 2003 wrth ddarpariaethau’r Ddeddf honno.
