Article 6
Regulation (EC) No 610/2009 is amended as follows:

In Article 10, paragraphs 2 and 3 are replaced by the following:
“2.Member States shall notify the Commission of the details of the quantities of products put into free circulation in accordance with Article 4 of Regulation (EC) No 1301/2006.
3.The notifications referred to in paragraph 1 shall be made in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 792/2009(1) and the product categories indicated in Annex V to Regulation (EC) No 382/2008 shall be used.”
