Article 46 U.K. Amendments to Regulation (EU) No 492/2011

Regulation (EU) No 492/2011 is amended as follows:

(1)

in Article 26 the following paragraph is added:

‘The European Labour Authority established by Regulation (EU) 2019/1149 of the European Parliament and of the Council(1) shall participate in the meetings of the Advisory Committee as an observer, providing technical input and expertise as relevant.’;

(2)

Articles 29 to 34 are deleted with effect on the date when the Authority becomes operational in accordance with Article 44(1) of this Regulation;

(3)

Article 35 is replaced by the following:

‘Article 35

The rules of procedure of the Advisory Committee in force on 8 November 1968 shall continue to apply.’;

(4)

Article 39 is replaced by the following:

‘Article 39

The administrative expenditure of the Advisory Committee shall be included in the general budget of the European Union in the section relating to the Commission.’.
