Amendment of the Education (School Information and Prospectuses) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993
4. In regulation 3 (Interpretation) for paragraph (3) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“(3) In these Regulations any reference to GNVQ at Intermediate level shall be construed so as to include a reference to the Business and Technology Education Council First Diploma and the City and Guilds of London Institute Diploma of Vocational Education (Intermediate) and any reference to GNVQ at Advanced level shall be construed so as to include a reference to the Business and Technology Education Council National Diploma and the City and Guilds of London Institute Diploma of Vocational Education (National).”
