Power to admit employees of other bodies
3. Regulation B5(10) of the principal Regulations is amended—
(a)by deleting the word “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (d);
(b)by substituting a semi-colon and the word “and” for the full stop at the end of sub-paragraph (e); and
(c)by inserting after sub-paragraph (e) the following sub-paragraph—
“(f)the governing body of an institution of further education within the meaning of the Further Education (Northern Ireland) Order 1997.”(1).
