Amendment of the Plant Health Order (Northern Ireland) 1993

2.—(1) The Plant Health Order (Northern Ireland) 1993(1) shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) After Article 25(b)(iii) there shall be added–

“(iv) require the owner or occupier or the person in charge of the premises in which the examination takes place, to provide–

(a) suitable areas for inspection, where appropriate;

(b) adequate lighting; and

(c) inspection tables.”.
