Circumstances where regulation 11 does not apply
12. The consequences of a failure to take part in an interview set out in regulation 11 shall not apply where –
(a)he is no longer required to take part in an interview as a condition for continuing to be entitled to the full amount of benefit which is payable apart from these Regulations, or
(b)the person attains the age of 60.
