Amendment of the Seed Potatoes (Tuber Inspection Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006
2.—(1) The Seed Potatoes (Tuber Inspection Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006(1) shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (4).
(2) In regulation 1(2) the definition of “official document” shall be omitted.
(3) In regulation 3(a)(i), for the word “indicted” there shall be substituted “indicated”.
(4) In regulation 3(b), for the word “who” there shall be substituted “whom” and the words “or official documents” shall be omitted.
