This Order provides for the coming into operation of provisions of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act (Northern Ireland) 2000, in so far as not already in operation, as follows—
section 12 (information required by the Department) on 3rd October 2008;
paragraph 24 of Schedule 3, for the purpose only of authorising the making of regulations, on 3rd October 2008 and for all other purposes on 27th October 2008; and
section 22 (abolition of the child maintenance bonus), Part I of Schedule 9 in so far as it relates to the repeal of Article 4 of the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 and section 67 in so far as it relates to that repeal on 27th October 2008.
