2. The day appointed for the purposes of Article 86(7) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 (procedure for issue and publication of codes of practice) for the coming into operation of the Pensions Regulator Code of practice No. 7: Trustee knowledge and understanding (TKU): Second issue is 26th November 2009.
