8.—(1) Schedule 2 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 8(1) for “paragraph 4” substitute “paragraph 7”.

(3) In paragraph 11(1) for “paragraph 5(3)” substitute “paragraph 8(3)”.

(4) In paragraph 11(2) for “paragraph 7(1)” substitute “paragraph 10(1)”.
