Amendment to the Eggs and Chicks Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010

2.  In the Eggs and Chicks Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010(1), after regulation 2(8), insert—

“(9) Any reference in these Regulations to Part VI of Annex VII of Regulation (EU) 2013 includes a reference to the equivalent transitional marketing standards under Article 116 of and Annex XIV to, the Single CMO Regulation.”.

Amendment to the Poultrymeat Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011

3.  In the Poultrymeat Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011(2), after regulation 2(4), insert—

“(5) Any reference in these Regulations to Part VI of Annex VII of Regulation (EU) 2013 includes a reference to the equivalent transitional marketing standards under Article 116 of and Annex XIV to, the Single CMO Regulation.”.
