The Department for the Economy, being a devolved authority(1), makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 11 and 22 of, and paragraph 1(1) and (3) of Schedule 2 to, and paragraph 21 of Part 3 of Schedule 7 to, the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018(2).
