Amendment of regulation 35 N.I.

11.  In regulation 35 (member dies after pension becomes payable), in paragraph (9)(1) after regulation “regulation 13C” insert “(further employment after a benefit is paid under regulation 13A) or regulation 16A (partial retirement pension)”.
