24.  In the table in Part 1 of schedule 1 (specified Community provisions) of the Genetically Modified Organisms (Transboundary Movements) (Scotland) Regulations 2005(1), in the text in in second column of the row which mentions Article 10(3), for “Article 12 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002” substitute “Article 12 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety(2)”.
