Amendment of the Local Government Pension Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 1998

3.  The Local Government Pension Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 1998(1) (“the principal Regulations”) shall be amended in accordance with regulations 4 to 6 of these Regulations.
