Feed enforcement responsibilities and competent authority status
23.—[F1(1) The feed authority must execute and enforce the Import Provisions in relation to feed.]
(2) The feed authority is designated as the competent authority for the purposes of the provisions of [F2Regulation 2019/1793] F3... in so far as those provisions apply in relation to relevant feed law.
